Purleigh Wood Shooting Ground is situated near the A12 / A414 interchange in Essex.

The course is a 80-bird English Sporting layout.

Entry times are from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. Shooting finishes by 2:30pm at the latest.

Trophy & birds only classes are catered for.

In 2008 this venue will operate on the claymate release system, so there won't be scorers on any of the stands, or a cash class.
